RELOCATION
We deal with every aspect of a person’s move, whether they are down-sizing or moving into long term care.
ON-GOING SUPPORT
We will deal with everything on the day of the move including all necessary paperwork. We deal with unpacking and organising.
We can provide support for your client through a Friendship Scheme.
PROBATE/ADMINISTRATION
We carry out fingertip searches to locate all valuable belongings; we clear properties where clients have relocated or died; we deal with the sale of a property following a death.
We will keep you advised throughout.
Relocation – Our Service
Initial consultation: We will fully discuss your client’s goals and requirements, including when and where they wish to move to.
Valuations: We will arrange valuations of the property from three Estate Agents.
Finding the best for your client: We will provide your client with details of a number of suitable properties or Care/Nursing Homes. We will help your client to select just the right property for their needs.
They are not on their own: We will arrange viewing and accompany your client for support and advice.
Good planning makes life easier: We prepare inventories for items of furniture to be sold, to be moved or to be disposed of.
On-Going Support – Our Service
Moving Day: We will deal with everything on the moving day.
Packing/Unpacking: We will pack and unpack and organise the whole move.
Paperwork: We will ensure that all paperwork is in order.
Advice: We will gladly advise your client on steps they can take to reduce their vulnerability.
Friendship Scheme: we provide on-going support and friendship when it is needed. This is planned around your client’s needs and includes shopping and outings.
Certificate Provider Service: we act as the Certificate Provider for LPAs where the Solicitor is the Attorney.
Probate/Administration – Our Service
Fingertip Searches: all valuable items and paperwork located are detailed on a spreadsheet with photographs. Papers are sorted, filed and delivered to your office. All other paperwork containing confidential information is professionally shredded to prevent identity fraud.
Property Clearances: we deal with property clearances where a client has died or relocated. Our aim is to raise as much revenue for the estate/client by selling items at auction or to specialist dealers. In addition we recycle all items which are not saleable to either charity outlets or recycling facilities. We treat your client’s possessions with the utmost sensitivity and respect.
Fees
All initial enquiries are free of charge. We give full details of costs once we have assessed the level of service required.
