We provide practical, empathetic support to steer you through your move and will be there for you every step of the way, ensuring a stress free and effortless relocation. We turn what is very often a stressful and confusing period, into a positive transition.

Whether you require assistance with every aspect of your move or just certain parts of your move, we are here to offer our expertise and guidance.
If you are not quite ready for a move but require a little extra assistance and support in the home, we have extensive experience supporting you to find just the right home care company who will be able to meet your needs.
In addition to our moving services, we offer a very efficient and effective paperwork sort to clients who are finding it difficult to keep on top of the organisation and filing of financial and other paperwork. We can also ensure that all the relevant papers and figures are gathered in preparation for tax returns. We are often asked by our client’s solicitors to step in and assist with this service. We can also visit on a regular basis to keep your paperwork in a good order.

Relocation
We provide an independent, tailored service to ensure that you’re downsize move or move into long term care is smooth and effortless.
Trust, compassion, and experience will turn, what is very often a stressful, emotional, and confusing time, into a positive experience. We will steer you through the moving process with ease, supporting you with estate agents, solicitors, contracts, and forms.
You are not on your own
After our initial consultation, where we fully discuss your goals and requirements for your move, we will support and assist you every at step of the process. Our understanding experienced and compassionate team will ensure you are not overwhelmed throughout the process.
We ensure your new home is just right for you, completing a comprehensive search in line with your individual needs and requirements and accompany you to view as many properties, care/nursing homes, as needed, until you find just the right one for you.
Preparation is key
Expert planning and preparation are key to a successful move. The de-cluttering process is an important exercise before boxing up begins. Your belongings are part of who you are and hold memories for now and the years ahead. De-cluttering will not be rushed, we work at your pace. We can assist in selling items at auction and delivering items to charity outlets and waste disposal.
A furniture layout plan will be prepared, (We want to ensure that the furniture you keep will fit into your new home.) We can help you choose new items as well.
Your belongings will be wrapped and boxed with great care.
Moving day
Home from home. Once all your items are safely on the removal van, we will take final metre readings. Our aim is to help you unpack, remove all boxes, and set up and settle you into your new home on the same day and we are always on hand the following day for extra support.
Ongoing Support
Paperwork: We will ensure that all your paperwork is in order. Advice: We will gladly advise you on steps you can take to reduce your vulnerability.
Powers of Attorney: If you need to make a Power of Attorney or a Will, we will help you to find a solicitor who can assist and support you. Many solicitors who deal with Private Client work are members of, “Solicitors for the elderly,” specialising in advice and support tailored to older members of our community. Friendship Scheme: We provide on-going support and friendship when it is needed. This is planned around our client's needs and includes shopping and outings on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis..
