Relocation: Our Service
Initial consultation: We will fully discuss your goals and requirements, including when and where you wish to move to. Valuations: We will arrange valuations of your property from three Estate Agents.
Finding the best for you: We will provide you with details of a number of suitable properties or Care/Nursing Homes. We will help you to select just the right property for your needs.You're not on your own: We will arrange viewing and accompany you for support and advice.
Home-from-Home planning: If you move into long-term care, we will move preliminary items of furniture to the Home and help you decide what else you need.
Keeping things moving: We will manage Estate Agents and Solicitors for you.
We keep your move moving to avoid delays.
Good planning makes life easier: We prepare inventories for items of furniture to be sold, to be moved or to be disposed of.
Furniture Layout: We prepare furniture layouts for your new home (to ensure your furniture fits).
Preparing for your move: We will de-clutter, wrap and pack/box items to prepare for your move.
Anything Else? We will do all we can to make your move Effortless!
On-Going Support - Our Service
Moving Day: We will deal with everything on the moving day so you have nothing to worry about.
Packing/Unpacking: We will pack and unpack for you and organise the whole move.
Paperwork: We will ensure that all your paperwork is in order. Advice: We will gladly advise you on steps you can take to reduce your vulnerability.
Powers of Attorney: If you need to make a Power of Attorney or a Will we will help you to find a solicitor who can assist and support you.
Friendship Scheme: we provide on-going support and friendship when it is needed. This is planned around our client's needs and includes shopping and outings.
